ATV Purchased Content Terms and Conditions Effective Date: February 13, 2024
When you purchase video content (“Purchased Content”) through any ATV Now-branded service, including ATV Now cable television and other video services (“TV”), you agree to these Purchased Content Terms and Conditions (“Purchase Terms”). Purchased Content includes movies, TV episodes, TV seasons, video games, and other video content. These Purchase Terms do not apply to other TV features like rental video-on-demand or pay-per-view content.
TV as a Service
TV is a “Service” under the ATV Now Residential Services Agreement (the “Agreement”). Any capitalized terms not defined in these Purchase Terms have the meaning provided in the Agreement.

Pricing and Pre-Orders
When you buy Purchased Content, you’ll be charged the listed price, along with any applicable sales tax, franchise fees, or other assessments. All purchases are final, and no substitutions, exchanges, or refunds will be provided. Prices for Purchased Content may change at any time without notice, and we do not offer price protection if the price decreases after your purchase.
If you pre-order Purchased Content, you authorize us to bill you automatically when it becomes available. You can cancel your pre-order before the content is available, but you will lose access to any pre-order extras. We may add or remove pre-ordered content, including video games and extras, without notice. If you pre-order a TV season, you authorize us to bill you in full when the first episode is available. If you purchase a TV season after the first episode has aired, we will bill you immediately for the full season. Video games may be removed or become unavailable at any time.
Device Requirements
You can view Purchased Content on certain authorized ATV Now set-top boxes, including ATV Now Flex streaming TV boxes (“Boxes”). Purchased Content can also be viewed on other authorized devices, provided they meet the minimum equipment requirements listed in our FAQs. These requirements may change without notice, so it’s your responsibility to check for updates.
To access certain Purchased Content, you may need to download and install software on your device, such as mobile apps or PC management software (“Access Software”). You may only use Access Software to view Purchased Content or other content we authorize. Access Software is subject to the terms of any license shown during download or installation; if no license is provided, our Software License Agreement applies.
If your device does not allow automatic updates for the Access Software, you must keep the software up to date manually. If automatic updates are enabled, you agree that we may remotely update, upgrade, or modify the Access Software and make related changes to your device settings and software to support your ability to view Purchased Content.
Purchased Content Is Licensed
When you “purchase,” “buy,” or “own” Purchased Content, we license that content to you. This license is limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, allowing you to access and view the Purchased Content for personal, residential, and non-commercial use, as long as the content is available. This license is contingent upon your payment of all applicable fees and your compliance with these Purchase Terms, the Agreement, and any other licenses or terms imposed by the applicable digital rights management technology. Other than this limited license, you have no ownership rights in Purchased Content. All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Limits on Your Use
You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, publicly perform or display, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise assign any Purchased Content or any associated rights or licenses. For example, you may not sell or distribute codes or credentials (including usernames and passwords) that provide access to Purchased Content.
You and any other user accounts associated with your Service may not collectively stream or download more than three (3) copies of a single Purchased Content title at the same time across all devices using the ATV Now Stream portal or ATV Now Stream app. Streaming on a Flex Box counts toward this limit, but streaming on other Boxes does not. You agree not to circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, interfere with, or degrade any content protections applied to or within Purchased Content. All Purchased Content may be available to other users and accounts associated with your Service, including through a Box, the ATV Now Stream portal, or the ATV Now Stream app. For more information about ATV Now parental controls, check our FAQs.
Limits on Availability
Purchased Content bought on one device may not be immediately available on other devices. For example, content purchased on your Box, computer, or mobile device may not be instantly accessible on the ATV Now Stream portal or ATV Now Stream app.
Purchased Content may become unavailable for various reasons, such as content provider licensing restrictions or our decision to stop offering video content purchases. We are not liable for Purchased Content that becomes unavailable. If your purchase includes the option to download content, you should do so immediately to ensure access. Downloaded content can only be accessed via the ATV Now Stream app on mobile Compatible Devices. You must periodically connect to the Internet and open the app to maintain playback ability on your device.
Purchased Content (other than video games or certain extras) can be watched on any Box, except a Flex Box, without an Internet connection. Watching on a Flex Box or Compatible Device requires an Internet connection unless you are viewing downloaded content on a mobile device via the ATV Now Stream app.
Some Purchased Content, including video games and extras, can only be viewed on your Box and may require a real-time Internet connection.
Cancelling Your Service
If you cancel your ATV Now TV Service but keep ATV Now Internet Service, you can still access Purchased Content through your Flex Boxes, but not through other Boxes. If you cancel both services, you will lose access to Purchased Content on your Boxes. However, you may continue to watch purchased movies and TV episodes through www.ATVNow.com/stream/ or on mobile Compatible Devices using the ATV Now Stream app. Video games and extras will not be available on any device.
